AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 13; Title 65 and Title 68, relative to infrastructure development.

As introduced, authorizes a political subdivision to enter into a cost-sharing agreement with a developer for the development of certain public infrastructure. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 13; Title 65 and Title 68.
