AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 9, Chapter 8; Title 55 and Title 56, relative to insurance for vehicles used by faith-based organizations.

As introduced, enacts the "Community Faith Transportation and Service Protection Act," which establishes secondary vehicle liability insurance provided by the state to a faith-based organization for vehicles used by the faith-based organization for community service use. - Amends TCA Title 9, Chapter 8; Title 55 and Title 56.
