AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 55; Title 64 and Title 65, relative to criminal offenses.

As introduced, allows the warden or chief administrative officer's report to the district attorney general of certain offenses that occur within a penal institution to be submitted electronically. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 55; Title 64 and Title 65.
