AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 62 and Title 68, relative to state entities.

As introduced, transfers oversight of the board of boiler rules and the elevator and amusement device safety board from the department of labor and workforce development to the department of commerce and insurance. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 62 and Title 68.
