AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 7, Chapter 89, relative to convention center authorities.

As introduced, requires each convention center authority to send an annual audit of the books and records of its authority by January 1 to the governing body of the municipality granting permission to the authority to organize. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 89.
