AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2; Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 12 and Title 49, relative to public office.

As introduced, prohibits an employee of a local government from serving on the legislative body of the local government for which the employee works. - Amends TCA Title 2; Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 12 and Title 49.
