AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 69, relative to boating.

As introduced, increases, from 50 to 75 feet, the distance a jet boat that carries passengers for hire must be from a private or public dock or boat ramp before the boat may travel at a speed greater than no-wake speed. - Amends TCA Title 69.
