AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 9 and Title 49, relative to foreign actors.

As introduced, deletes an obsolete requirement that the governing board of each public institution of higher education submit a report on the institution's implementation of a research security policy by July 1, 2025, to the chairs of the education committee of the senate and the education committees of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 9 and Title 49.
