AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 38 and Title 39, relative to foreign actors.

As introduced, enacts the "Crush Transnational Repression in Tennessee Act"; enhances criminal offenses, nullifies certain actions, creates new offenses, authorizes the TBI to create a training program, and authorizes public dissemination of information concerning actions to compel persons in Tennessee to follow laws of adversarial foreign governments. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 38 and Title 39.
