AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 10, Chapter 7; Title 49; Title 62, Chapter 35 and Title 68, relative to school facilities.

As introduced, extends from 30 to 45 the number of days that a school board must wait between advertising property with a career and technical education building for sale in a local newspaper and completing a negotiated sale of such property. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7; Title 49; Title 62, Chapter 35 and Title 68.
