AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 66-24-101, relative to writings eligible for registration.

As introduced, clarifies that agreements, and any notices, affidavits, memoranda, or abstracts related to agreements may be registered if they have been authenticated and include the expiration date of the agreement. - Amends TCA Section 66-24-101.
