AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 41, relative to inmates.

As introduced, requires the department of correction to keep a copy of each validated risk and needs assessment of each inmate under its supervision and control for the duration of the inmate's period of incarceration. - Amends TCA Title 41.
