AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 68, relative to fireworks.
As introduced, increases from 10 calendar days to 10 business days, the deadline by which applications for permits for public fireworks displays must be made in writing in advance of the proposed display. - Amends TCA Title 68.
