AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8, Chapter 36, relative to hazardous duty benefits.

As introduced, requires the governing body of a political subdivision that passes a resolution authorizing a supplemental retirement benefit for hazardous duty to forward such resolution to the board of trustees of the Tennessee consolidated retirement system. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 36.
