AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 7 and Title 8, relative to local government.

As introduced, deletes the provision that classifies a local government official's affirmative vote for adoption of a prohibited sanctuary policy as a Class E felony. - Amends TCA Title 7 and Title 8.
