AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8; Title 38 and Title 39, relative to law enforcement.
As introduced, increases, from 10 calendar days to 10 business days, the time the POST commission has to notify a retired officer of its denial of the officer's permit application to carry a firearm. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 38 and Title 39.
