AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, Chapter 6, relative to school safety.

As introduced, changes from February 1 to October 1, the annual reporting date by which the commissioner of education and the commissioner of safety shall jointly report to the governor and the general assembly the implementation of and compliance with the "Schools Against Violence in Education Act." - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.
