AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 33; Title 63 and Title 68, relative to health facility regulation.

As introduced, designates as not requiring a license from the health facilities commission as a regulated healthcare facility or service any magnetic resonance imaging or positron emission tomography that is not used for diagnostic purposes. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 63 and Title 68.
