AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 5 and Title 8, relative to county governments.

As introduced, authorizes a county legislative body operating under the County Purchasing Law of 1957 to set the compensation for the director of accounts and budgets. - Amends TCA Title 5 and Title 8.
