AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8 and Title 50, relative to state employees.

As introduced, creates a procedure for a state employee who has reasonable cause to suspect that improper government conduct or a crime has occurred to report the matter to a supervisor and for the supervisor to report that information to the attorney general and reporter. - Amends TCA Title 8 and Title 50.
