As introduced, changes from January 31 to January 15, the date by which the commissioner must submit an annual report to the chair of the energy, agriculture and natural resources committee of the senate and the chair of the agriculture and natural resources committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 69.
