AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2, Chapter 10, relative to the use of unexpended campaign funds.

As introduced, authorizes the use of unexpended campaign funds by an officeholder to procure home security equipment and monitoring services for the officeholder's personal residence. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 10.
