AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 40, relative to the sentencing of criminal offenders.

As introduced, requires a sentencing court to order every convicted person to perform a certain number of community service hours in addition to any other punishment imposed for the criminal violation. - Amends TCA Title 40.
