AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 29; Title 47 and Title 65, relative to consumer protection.

As introduced, requires a business entity that blacklists a small business to provide notice of the action to the small business within 24 hours of the action. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 29; Title 47 and Title 65.
