AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 9 and Title 12, relative to procurement of tires.

As introduced, requires a tire manufacturer or supplier responding to a solicitation to bid with this state, or who has an existing contract with this state, to indicate each tire, by product, and material number, that is manufactured with 100 percent French process zinc oxide. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9 and Title 12.
