AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 3; Title 4, Chapter 10 and Title 58, relative to the Hurricane Helene natural disaster.

As introduced, requires TACIR to perform a comprehensive evaluation on the preparedness and response of local and state officials, departments, and agencies to the Hurricane Helene natural disaster. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4, Chapter 10 and Title 58.
