As introduced, requires the Tennessee advisory commission on intergovernmental relations (TACIR) to conduct a study that assesses the operational readiness of state and local governmental entities to support a medical marijuana program and submit a report on the study by November 1, 2026. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9; Title 24; Title 29; Title 33; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 41; Title 43; Title 45; Title 50; Title 53; Title 57; Title 63; Title 67; Title 68 and Title 71.
