AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 63, Chapter 8, relative to optometry.
As introduced, redefines the practice of optometry, which includes permitting an optometrist to perform a board-approved surgical procedure for the correction and relief of an ocular abnormality, except for certain listed procedures. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 8.
