AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 53; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71, relative to implanted medical devices.

As introduced, directs the department to submit a report on the feasibility and cost projections for creating and maintaining an implanted medical device registry available to each healthcare facility in this state to the speaker of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives on or before January 1, 2027. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 53; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
