AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 10, Chapter 7, relative to public records.

As introduced, entitles an individual who is not a citizen of this state to inspect or receive a copy of any law enforcement record or report pertaining solely to that individual. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7.
