This Act may be cited as the ``Black Farmers and Socially Disadvantaged Farmers Increased Market Share Act''. SEC. 2. FOOD HUB GRANTS TO INCREASE MARKET ACCESS FOR SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED FARMERS AND RANCHERS.
