AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 7, Chapter 86, Part 3 and Title 8, Chapter 44, Part 1, relative to emergency communications district boards of directors.

As introduced, authorizes emergency communications district boards of directors to participate in board meetings electronically under the open meetings law. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 86, Part 3 and Title 8, Chapter 44, Part 1.
