AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-3-113, relative to designees.

As introduced, allows all non-legislative members of the TISA review committee, instead of only the director of the office of legislative budget analysis, to appoint a designee to serve on the committee in their stead. - Amends TCA Section 49-3-113.
