AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 11, Chapter 3, relative to playgrounds at state parks.

As introduced, requires playgrounds at Booker T. Washington State Park and Harrison Bay State Park to be built no later than January 1, 2027; requires existing resources of the department of environment and conservation to be used to build the parks. - Amends TCA Title 11, Chapter 3.
