AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 71, Chapter 2, relative to adult day services.

As introduced, increases the number of hours in a week, and the number of adults at a time that an adult day service may provide adult care service and qualify for an exemption from licensing. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 2.
