AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 71-5-142, relative to the comptroller of the treasury.

As introduced, adds provider reimbursement information that is provided to the comptroller of the treasury to the existing list of examples of proprietary information types that are not subject to disclosure as public records. - Amends TCA Section 71-5-142.
