AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49 and Title 68, relative to student health.

As introduced, requires each LEA and public charter school to administer the Presidential Fitness Test to students to assess their strength, endurance, and flexibility. - Amends TCA Title 49 and Title 68.
