AN ACT to amend Chapter 55 of the Private Acts of 1993; as amended by Chapter 134 of the Private Acts of 1998; and any other acts amendatory thereto, relative to the City of Bartlett.

Subject to local approval, establishes that the offices of mayor and Alderman are limited to a maximum of three four-year terms; makes other changes to the charter regarding elections, the mayor, and administration. - Amends Chapter 55 of the Private Acts of 1993; as amended.
