AN ACT to amend Chapter 68 of the Private Acts of 1937; and any other acts amendatory thereto, relative to Hardeman County.

Subject to local approval, requires the school board in Hardeman County to submit its budget specifying the funds that the school board estimates will be necessary to fund the upcoming school year on or before the first Monday in May rather than the first Monday in April. - Amends Chapter 68 of the Private Acts of 1937.
