AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 9 and Title 67, relative to funding for certain businesses.

As introduced, extends, from December 1 to January 1, the date by which the office of business enterprise in the department of economic and community development must submit to the general assembly its annual report on advisements to the commissioner regarding disadvantaged businesses and the number of or amount of community block grants received by disadvantaged businesses. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9 and Title 67.
