AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4 and Title 54, and to amend Chapter __ of the Public Acts of 2025 (1st Ex. Sess. -- HB 6006 / SB 6006), relative to transportation.

As introduced, removes obsolete provision requiring the department, in consultation with the department of safety, local law enforcement agencies, and highway safety offices, to submit a report on or before February 15, 2024, of its findings and recommendations regarding the development of a strategic statewide plan to increase pedestrian safety to legislative committees. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 54.
