AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 50-7-302 and Section 58-2-106, relative to emergencies.

As introduced, authorizes the suspension of certain requirements for purposes of obtaining unemployment benefits during emergencies; authorizes the agency to assist local governments and local emergency management agencies with recovery from disasters and emergencies on public property. - Amends TCA Section 50-7-302 and Section 58-2-106.
