AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38; Title 39 and Title 67, relative to background checks.

As introduced, increases, from 15 to 20, the number of background investigations that the speaker of the senate and speaker of the house of representatives may request a year for persons under consideration for appointment to a position of trust and responsibility. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39 and Title 67.
