AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55, relative to farm equipment.

As introduced, requires the driver of a vehicle approaching a slow-moving or stationary farm tractor or implement of husbandry that displays an indicator that it is a slow-moving vehicle to reduce speed and move over, if possible to do so safely. - Amends TCA Title 55.
