AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 7; Title 63; Title 65; Title 68 and Title 69, relative to water.

As introduced, increases, from five to seven days, the amount of time members of the Tennessee board of water quality, oil, and gas must be notified in advance of the time and place of any regular or special meeting. - Amends TCA Title 7; Title 63; Title 65; Title 68 and Title 69.
