AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8; Title 49 and Title 62, relative to tenure.

As introduced, authorizes the board of regents to produce and make available a copy of the board's tenure policy in an electronic format or in a printed, physical medium. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 49 and Title 62.
