AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 8; Title 56; Title 63 and Title 68, relative to certificates of public advantage.

As introduced, requires the dissolution and reconstitution, upon appointments by the governor, of the board of directors of any hospital that is part of a certificate of public advantage. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 56; Title 63 and Title 68.
