AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 39; Title 47; Title 48; Title 62 and Title 63, relative to businesses.

As introduced, changes, from January 1 to January 15, the beginning of the time frame during which a domestic professional corporation or foreign professional corporation authorized to transact business in this state must deliver for filing to each licensing authority having jurisdiction over a professional service described in the corporation's charter an annual statement of qualification. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 39; Title 47; Title 48; Title 62 and Title 63.
