AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55, Chapter 9, Part 4, relative to lighting.

As enacted, authorizes a motor vehicle operated by an emergency communications district that is marked as a mobile command vehicle or mobile communications vehicle to display flashing red or white lights or a combination of flashing red and white lights. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 9, Part 4.
