AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 8 and Title 50, relative to employers.

As introduced, deletes obsolete language referring to the date by which a private employer was required to be in compliance with the Tennessee Lawful Employment Act to receive an economic development incentive. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8 and Title 50.
